MEET INDIA FOUNDATION is committed to work with a focused agenda of social upliftment by providing educational, medical and social help to the needy irrespective of their caste/creed/religion. The Trust runs FIVE PROGRAMS to fulfil this agenda namely: ANNAPURNA, AROGYAM, VIDYA DAKSHNA, ATMA NIRMABHAR, PARIVARTAN PUSTAKALAYA.

ANNAPURNA
The trust takes up social cause helping poor and needy. During the unprecedented crisis of COVID-19 pandemic, MEET INDIA FOUNDATION helped the needy families who suffered acute financial difficulty by distributing food-grain kits free-of-cost to more than 1000 families. The ANNAPURNA scheme is currently operational benefitting many poor families and senior citizens having no support.

AROGYAM
Under AROGYAM project, we lend a helping hand to economically weaker section of the society in need of medical treatment. The aid is in form of direct support, referral to hospitals / Medical Centres providing treatment / medicines at subsidised rates.

VIDYA DAKSHNA
Under the program, students from underprivileged families are provided financial aid to help them pursue their education. The program covers students from primary and secondary school, graduation, post-graduation and vocational courses. A proper due-diligence process is followed to select only deserving students.

SWANIRMABHAR
Under this unique project, we encourage people to start their own small business or profession such as fruit-vendor, tailoring, beautician, food stall etc. by providing them financial support. There have been cases where with our small financial help and support, differently able people, widow have become self-sufficient and are earning livelihood for their families.

PARIVARTAN PUSTAKALAYA
MEET INDIA FOUNDATION runs a Public Library in Kandivali, Mumbai in the name of “Parivaratan Pustakalaya” in association with Gujarati Bhasha Bhavan of Kandivali Education Society (KES). The library is having a rich collection of over 7,000 English, Gujarati and Hindi books. The object is to spread reading habit across people of all ages. We are proud that the library has over 600 members including kids, youngsters and Senior Citizens.
